Room Visits Reopening

March 3, 2022

Dear Family and Friends:

We are happy to let you know that Renaissance Senior Homes is now open for room visitation. You do not need an appointment and you may visit your loved one’s room during our regular visitation times. If your loved one lives in a shared room, you are welcome to use our designated visitation area or contact the Administrator to make arrangements with the roommate for a private visit. Here are our updated visitation guidelines.

  1. All visitors must complete a COVID-19 screening form and have a temperature check upon entering the building.

  2. Please do not come into the building if you have a fever, runny nose, cough or any signs or symptoms associated with COVID-19.

  3. Masks must be worn at all times. RSH can provide you with a mask if you need. Failure to wear a mask will result in lost visitation privileges.

  4. Please use hand sanitizer upon entry to the building (provided at screening).

  5. Visitors who have a positive viral test for COVID-19, symptoms of COVID-19, or currently meet the criteria for quarantine, should not visit until medically cleared.

  6. In the event of a COVID-19 outbreak at Renaissance we will contact you about any changes to our visitation procedures.

  7. Visitors are only permitted in a resident’s room but are not permitted in the common living areas (living room, dining rooms) shared by other residents or with staff due to current Infection Prevention policies.

  8. Visitors are not permitted to visit other residents. Only your own family member/friend documented with their contact information is permitted at this time.
